Alexander "Alex" Shawn Eaton

Dearing - Mr. Alex Eaton, 19, Beloved son of Mrs. Melissa Eaton, died Friday, August 20, 2021. 

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at The Old Frontier, 1965 Old Milledgeville Road, Thomson, with Mr. Barry Whitfield officiating. 

Mr. Eaton was a born in Augusta, but had lived in Dearing for many years. 

Survivors include his mother, Melissa Eaton, Dearing; his sister, Erin (Christian) Wood, Gibson; his three brothers, Dallas Anthony O’Connell, Jacob O’Bryan Heaton, and Jiovonnie Lamond-Princeton Eaton, all of Dearing; his niece, Chrislynn Faye Wood, Gibson; his maternal grandmother, Judy (Leonard) Thompson, his maternal great-grandmother, Faye Tate; and his paternal grandfather, William (Catherine) O’Connell. 

There will be a private family only viewing.
