Thomson – Mrs. Barbara Anne Pearson, 69, beloved wife of 47 years to Randy Pearson, entered into rest Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in University Hospital Augusta. 

A celebration of life will be held in Mount Tabor Baptist Church on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Mike Sutphin officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Pearson was a lifelong resident of Thomson.  She was a homemaker and a member of Mount Tabor Baptist Church.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to everyone.

She was predeceased by her parents Mike Fred Hale and Myrlie Thomas Hale; a sister, Jane Turner; and brother, Johnnie B. Sinns.

Survivors include her husband, Randy Pearson, Thomson; daughter, Alicia Hohlwein, Thomson; son, Michael Key (Jan), Thomson; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn McNair (Jimmy), Vidalia; three brothers, Larry Sinns, Gibson, Ray Hale (Janice), Dearing, and Randy Hale (Melissa), Texas.

Pallbearers will be Chris Sinns, Joey Key, Steve Turner, Mike Knox, Ricky Bragg, and Steve Webber.

The family will receive friends this Friday at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m.
