Thomson - Mrs. Goldie Mae Evans, 49, beloved wife of Mr. Willie Evans, entered into rest Sunday, May 27, 2018, at her residence.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 31, 2018, in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. 

Mrs. Evans was a native of Orlando, Florida, but had lived in Thomson for many years.  She was a waitress and cashier.  She was a loving wife and mother, and a friend to everyone. 

Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband, Mr. Willie Evans; a son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Bridget Evans, San Diego, California; three sisters, Pat Norris, Opal Plyler and Theresa Jackson; and three brothers, Jimmy Bracewell, Danny Bracewell and Johnny Ray Bracewell.

Friends may call at the funeral home.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday one hour prior to the graveside service.

Curtis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
