Mr. Larry Dale Rosier

Gibson- Mr. Larry Dale Rosier, age 53, beloved husband of Mrs. Cherie Rosier, entered into rest Thursday, October 26, 2017 at his residence.  He was the son of Mrs. Emma Jean Rosier Redfern and the late Mr. James Melton Rosier.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 30, in Curtis Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastors Roger Wheeler and Wilma Byrd officiating.  Burial will follow in Adams Chapel Cemetery. 

Mr. Rosier was a native of Newport Tn., but had lived in Thomson for many years before moving to Gibson.  He was a heavy equipment mechanic and truck driver. He attended Thomson First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Cherie Brooks Rosier, Gibson; daughter, Jessica Rosier, Thomson; son, Justin Rosier, Gibson; twenty-two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his mother, Emma Jean Redfern; six sisters, Diane Ellis, Gibson, Debbie Lindsey (Jimmy), Sandersville, Gayline Tanner, Sandersville, Elizabeth Denton (Russell), Sandersville, and Linda Rosier; two brothers, James Melton Rosier (Colleen), Beach Island, S.C., and George Rosier (Kathy), Dearing.

Friends may call at the residence or the Curtis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Curtis Funeral Home.

Curtis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
