Margaret H. Murphy

Thomson: Mrs. Margaret Murphy, 86, widow of  Mr. Paul Murphy, died Saturday, September 9, 2017, at her residence.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13th,  in Westview Cemetery with Rev. Charles Land officiating.

Mrs. Murphy was a native of Crawfordville, but had lived in Thomson for many years. She was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith.

Survivors include her two daughters, Diane (Martin) Medina and Lisa (Gary) Ellsworth, both of Thomson; her two sons, Paul Lee (Audrey) Murphy and Thomas Murphy, both of Thomson; her brother, John Lloyd (Betty) Hendricks, Thomson; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Curtis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 on Wednesday prior to services at the funeral home.
