Ann (Phillips) Hickle

Gibson - Mrs. Ann Hickle, 84, widow of Mr. Rodney Hickle, died Saturday, January 8, 2022, in the Gibson Health & Rehabilitation Facility.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Mike Sutphin officiating.

Mrs. Hickle was a native of Taliaferro County, but had lived in Thomson most of her life, before moving to Gibson. She was a retired seamstress and a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.

Survivors include her two daughters, Brenda Lancaster, Kissimmee, Fl. and Tracie Davis, Waverly Hall, Ga.; her two sons, Ricky Whitaker, Crawfordville, and Steve Whitaker, Dearing; her 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

The family will greet friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services.
