Dearing - Mrs. Catherine Kelley Seaman, 86, daughter of the late Emil (Judge) Kelley and Eula P. Kelley, and beloved wife of Rev. John W. (Bill) Seaman, Sr., died Tuesday, January 11, 2022, in the Augusta Gardens.
Private graveside services were held on Thursday, January 13, 2022, in the Fort Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Gary Hadden officiating.
Mrs. Seaman was born in Augusta Ga., but had lived in Dearing all of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Fort Creek Baptist Church.
Mrs. Seaman was preceded in death by her grandson, John Wesley (Judd) Seaman III. Survivors include her husband, Rev. John W. (Bill) Seaman, Sr., Dearing; her daughter, Peggy (Ben) Barmore, Thomson; her son, John W. (Samantha) Seaman, Jr., Arizona; her five grandchildren, Emily (James) Arrington, Mallory (Paul) Lane, Benjamin (Stephanie) Barmore, Charlie (Meg) Barmore, and Dylan Seaman; and her great-grandchildren, Luke (Lindsey), Bubba, Bo, Belle, Wesley, Caden, Madyline, Kiyra, Natalie, Jaxson, and Rylynn; and a great-great-granddaughter, Meagan Kelley.
