Ms. Charlotte Ann Walker
Thomson – Ms. Charlotte Ann Walker, 74, entered into rest Wednesday, September 3, 2019, in University Hospital - Augusta. She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Helen Erwin Walker.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 7, 2019, in Bethel Baptist Church in Thomson, with the Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery.
Ms. Walker was a native of Fort McClellan, AL, but had lived in Aiken, SC and Thomson for many years. She was a retired textile worker. She was a member of Lumpkin Road Baptist Church.
Ms. Walker was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Mary Murphy, and a brother, Randy Walker. Survivors include her son, Jeff Allen; two sisters, Jackie Rogers (Billy) and Jane Walker, both of Thomson; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Breast Cancer Awareness Fund.
Friends may call at the residence or at the Curtis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the church, one hour prior to the service.
