Doris (Hillman) Huff

Thomson - Mrs. Doris Hillman Huff, 83, widow Mr. Thomas Huff, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025, in the Piedmont Augusta Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2025, in the Reedy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. John Jenkins and Mr. Jack McCorkle, officiating.

Mrs. Huff was born in Warren County to the late D.S. and Annie Laura Hillman. She had lived in Thomson for many years. She was a graduate of Warren County High School and the palmer Business School. She was a Business Woman and she was a member of Reedy Creek Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, D.S. and Annie Laura Hillman and her husband, Mr. Thomas Huff. Survivors include her daughter, Ms. Angie Powell, Thomson; her son, Mr. Douglas “Doug” Huff, Thomson; her grandson, Dalton Powell, Thomson; and her special friend, Mr. Bill Braddy, Jr.
