Stapleton - Mr. Eather Thomas Rabun, Jr., 92, died Friday, July 1, 2022, at his residence.

A Memorial graveside service will be held Saturday, July 16, 2022, at 11 a.m. in the Mt. Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Chris Johns officiating.

Mr. Rabun was a native of Warren County. He was a member of the Mt. Beulah Baptist Church. He was a retired painter and an Army Veteran of the Korean War.

He was preceded in death by Mrs. Doris Sleister. Survivors include his step daughter, Mrs. Fran (Larry) Johns; his step sons, Robert Sleister and Bruce Sleister; his two sisters, Mary Virginia Garrison and Betty Gerfen; and numerous nieces and nephews.
