Mr. Montgomery retired from Thomson Lowes.  In his pastime, he loved to farm and garden, which he also loved to share with family, friends and neighbors.

He could be seen with Pauline, when she was able, having breakfast at one of their favorite places; McDonalds, Bojangles, Popeyes, Krystals, Mrs. Peggy’s and Golden Corral.

Many trips were made to Lowes in Augusta to keep up with the past employees Mr. Montgomery had worked with before retiring from the Thomson Lowes.
