Jack Cartledge

Washington- Mr. Jack Cartledge, 90, widow of Mrs. Jean Waller Cartledge, died Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at his residence.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 30, 2023, in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Mike Sutphin officiating.

 Mr. Cartledge was a native of Warren County and had lived in Wilkes County for many years. He was retired from the Textile Industry as a mechanic.

Survivors include his two granddaughters, Jennifer McCarty and Jaime Cartledge, both of Washington; his sister, Mrs. Joyce Young, Thomson; his brother, Mr. Lyndal Cartledge; and his great-granddaughter, Savannah McCarty, Washington.

Friends may call at the Curtis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2 to 2:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the funeral home.
