Thomson- Mr. Jimmy Kitchens, 82, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at his residence.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 25, 2025, in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens, with Mr. John Manning officiating. The family will visit with friends after the services.
Mr. Kitchens was a native of Jefferson County, but had lived in Thomson for many years. He was retired as a Paint & Body man, having worked with Goleski’s paint & Body.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings and his grandson. Survivors include his son, Mr. Jimmy Anthony Kitchens, Thomson; his sister, Mrs. Dorothy (Donald) Manning, Stapleton; his grandson, Jimmy Anthony (Sante) Kitchens, Jr., Thomson.
