John Alan Ansley

Dearing - Mr. John Alan Ansley, 43, widower of Mrs. Michelle Ansley, died Saturday, April 23, 2022, at his residence. 

A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2022, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel with Mrs. Polly Davis officiating.

Mr. Ansley was born in Augusta Ga., but had lived all his life in McDuffie County. He was a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. He was the manager for Arlington Burial and Cremation for several years, before returning home to the Curtis Funeral Home in Thomson. 

Survivors include his daughter Destiny Ansley, Dearing; his parents, Ricky and Vernell Ansley, Dearing; and his paternal grandmother, Vera Ansley, Thomson.
