Kathy (Johnson) Wyrosdick

Thomson- Mrs. Kathy Wyrosdick, 81, widow of Mr. Larry J. Wyrosdick Sr., died Monday, February 26, 2024, at her residence.

A private Memorial service by the family will be held.

Mrs. Wyrosdick was born in Louisville, Ga., but had made her home in Thomson for many years. She was a graduate of Louisville High School. She attended and graduated from the Augusta Area Technical College with a degree in Floral Design. She was retired from the Dearing Florist.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Larry J. Wyrosdick Sr., her parents, John Tillman and Margaret Davis Johnson; her sister, Elizabeth “Liz” Ellerbee; and her brother, Frank Johnson. Survivors include her two sons, Toby (Phyllis) Wyrosdick, Dearing, and Todd (Dana) Wyrosdick, Thomson; her three grandchildren, Brittany (Adam) Smith, Lexington, S.C., Bradley (Joy Losee) Wyrosdick, Harlem, and Marcie (Cullen) Rhoden, Harlem; and her three great-grandchildren, Cash Smith, Asa Smith, and Toby Wyrosdick.

The family will receive friends at the residence.
