Dearing - Mrs. Linda Williams Pevytoe, 58, widow of Mr. Herman Pevytoe, died Tuesday, July 28, 2020, in University Hospital / Augusta.

Mrs. Pevytoe was born in East Liverpool, OH, but had lived in Dearing, GA for many years. She graduated from Harlem High School.  She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Pevytoe was preceded in death by her husbands, Steven T. Williams, Sr. and Herman A. Pevytoe; her parents, Raymond and Lois McClure; and a grandson, Steven T. Williams, III “Trip”.  Survivors include her daughter, Stephanie W. Lowe (Tell), Thomson; two sons, Jeff Williams (Leslie), Thomson and Thomas Williams (Amanda), Warrenton; grandchildren, Wyatt and Whitley Lowe, and Summer, Lydia and Christian Williams; her siblings, Ellen NeeSmith (Howard), Eastman,  Raymond McClure (Tammie), Dearing, Amos McClure (Robin), Harlem, DeeDee Hood (Brent), Thomson and Lorrie Austin (Albert), Valdosta; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
