Stone Mountain - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Anne Wilkerson, beloved daughter, sister ,aunt and friend, who left us on December 8, 2025. She was 67 years old. Though words feel small in the face of such a loss, we remember a life filled with warmth, kindness, and a spirit that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing our sweet Linda.
Linda had a remarkable ability to make others feel seen and valued. Whether through a quiet gesture, a genuine conversation, or her unmistakable sense of humor, she brought light into the lives of those around her. She loved her family and friends dearly.
Linda loved her life, including her 41 years career with Southern Bell, BellSouth and especially BellSouth Advertising and Publishing/YP. She loved working as an Executive Assistant for the Officers within these companies. She was passionate about spending time with he LYMI (love you mean it) girls, bowling league and her scrap booking friends. Her generosity, curiosity and resilience shaped a legacy that will continue to live on in the stories we share and the lives she touched. We are grateful for every moment spent with Linda, and we carry her memory forward with love. She will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her father, Mr. Jack Young, Thomson; her two brothers, Mr. Michael Young, Evans and Mr. Marcus Young, Loganville; a niece, Ms. Briana Snowden, Folkston; and a nephew, Mr. Jackson Young, Alpharetta; as well as, extended family and beloved friends
