Melinda (Stein) Armstrong

Thomson- Mrs. Melinda S. Armstrong, 70, beloved wife of Mr. Michael Armstrong, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at her residence.

A Memorial service will be at 11 a.m., Monday, December 29, 2025, in the Thomson First Methodist Church, with Dr. Steve Dodson officiating.

Mrs. Armstrong was born in Canonsburg, Pa. to Louis and Inez Stein, but had lived in Thomson for several years. She was retired from the Kimberly Clark Company. She was member of Thomson First Methodist Church

Survivors include her husband, Mr. Michael Armstrong. Thomson; her daughter, Mallory (Josh) Cunningham, Evans; he son, Matthew Armstrong, Atlanta; and her three grandchildren, Carter Shirey, Harper Shirey, and Sawyer Cunningham.

The family request that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
