Thomson - Mrs. Nina Eller Adams of North Ave, died Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Doctors Hospital.
Nina Sue Smalley was born in Lincoln County, Ga. on August 6, 1942. She was the daughter of Annie Cox Smalley and Warren E. Smalley.
She was a member of Salem Baptist Church in Lincolnton, Ga. She had lived in Thomson, Ga. since 1969.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Calvin (J.C.) Eller (1988), a son Calvin Warren Eller (1991), and a step-daughter, Martha Eller Blount (John), Evans, Ga.
Nina and J.C. owned and operated Eller’s garage in Thomson for 18 years.
Survivors include her daughter, Eunita Eller Gunn (Tim), Dearing; her son Rex Allen (Phyllis), Thomson; her granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann Gunn, Dearing; her grandson, Dustin Allen (Kelly), Conyers, Ga.; her great-granddaughters, Gracelyn Allen and Harper Randolph, Conyers Ga.; and step-grandson, Paul Horner, Cleveland, Ga.
Burial will be at 2 PM this Sunday, March 9, 2025, in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. There will be no service.
Family will receive visitors at the gravesite.
