Thomson - Mr. Richard Carl Fielder, 60, died Friday, July 19, 2024, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Fielder was born in Richmond County, to the late Spencer and Mary Fielder, Sr. He had lived in Thomson for many years. He attended Sweetwater Baptist Church. He was a retired carpenter.
Survivors include his two sons, Tim Fielder and Travis Fielder, both of Thomson; his three sisters, Barbara Fielder, Warrenton, Kathy Fielder, Thomson, and Carol Reed, Sturgeon Bay, WI; his brother, Preston Neal Fielder, Sr.; and his 6 grandchildren.
