Roberta "Bertie" Dent

Macon- Mrs. Roberta “Bertie” Dent, 81, died Saturday, December 16, 2023, in the Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center, in Macon Ga.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 21, 2023, in Westview Cemetery, with Dr. Matt Ward and Doug Dent officiating.

Mrs. Dent was born in Wilkes County, to Hunt and Leona Dent. She was a retired Educator, having taught in Miami Fla., for years. She was a member of Mesena United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her brother, Mr. Billy Dent, Hawkinsville Ga.; and 5 nephews.

There is no visitation planned.
