Sharon (Keele) Buffington

Thomson- Mrs. Sharon Buffington, 74, beloved wife of Mr. Larry Buffington, died Monday, November 25, 2024 in the Thomson Health & Rehab.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2024, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jim Miller officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 5, 2024, in The Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Ga.

Mrs. Buffington was a native of Amarillo, Texas, and grew up in Garland Texas. She has lived in Thomson for many years. She was a retired employment Counselor with several different State Labor Departments. She was also a legal secretary. She was a member of Salem Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Mr. Larry Buffington, Thomson: and her sister, Reta (Bob) Day, Texas.

Friends may call at the Curtis Funeral Home. The family will greet friends prior to services on Wednesday.
