Thelma (Jodoin) Johnson

Boneville- Mrs. Thelma Johnson, 69, beloved wife of Mr. Keith Johnson Sr., died Saturday, January 22, 2022, in Doctors Hospital. 

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 25, 2022, in the Curtis Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jerry O’Neal officiating. Burial will be in the Pierce Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery in Lincoln County. 

Mrs. Johnson was a native of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, but had lived in Boneville for many years. She worked in Telemetry at Doctors Hospital and in Customer Service with Delta Airlines. She was Catholic by faith and was attending Pierce Chapel Methodist Church. She was extremely proud of obtaining her GED when she moved to Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her son, Keith Johnson, Jr. Survivors include her husband, Keith Johnson, Sr., Boneville; her 2 grandsons, William Johnson and Dakota (Cody) Johnson, both of Boneville; her 2 sisters, Connie Levesque, Thomson and Estelle Lupo, Rhode Island; and her 2 great-grandsons, Jacob Lee Johnson and Brantley Keith Johnson.

Pallbearers will be Bubba Goldman, William Johnson, Dakota Johnson, and Jimmy May.
