Virginia C. (Cunningham) Lane

Warrenton - Mrs. Virginia C. Lane, 78, widow of Mr. Claude Earl Lane, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, March 30, 2025, in the Dearing Full Gospel Church, with the Rev. Jerry Rockefeller and Rev. David Kitchens officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Lane was born in Greenwood, S.C., and lived in Thomson and Warrenton for many years. She was retired from Badcock. She was a member of the Full Gospel Lighthouse Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and all her siblings. Survivors include her five daughters, Laura Pennington, Faye Pennington, Tonya Pennington, Ronda Treadwell, and Kendra Hall; her 14 grandchildren; and her 11 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jack Morgan, Charles Hall, Robert Harrison, Randy Hall, Thomas Treadwell, and Corey Goforth.

Friend may call at the Curtis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the services at the church on Sunday.
