William "Bill" T. Braddy Jr

Thomson- Mr. William T. “Bill” Braddy, Jr., 90, widower of Mrs. Lonice Braddy, died Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Piedmont / Augusta Hospital.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2025, in the Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens, with Full Military Honors.

Mr. Braddy was born in Lyons, Ga., but had lived in Thomson for many years. He was a member of Thomson First Baptist Church. He had retired from the U.S. Army after over 21 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lonice Braddy; his son, Mike Braddy; and his siblings, Elaine Williams and Gene Braddy. Survivors include his son, Glen Braddy, Oklahoma; his step-daughter, Cindy Tilsham, Tn; his four sisters, Annette Mobley, Peggy Higginbottom, Margie Williamson, and Carol Funderburk; his two brothers, Charles Braddy and Tommy Braddy; his 4 grandchildren and his 4 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral Home. The family will receive friends after the services at the gravesite.
