Wanda and Family. Harold was the Superintendent for many of the buildings and construction projects done for the Center for Primary Care. I really enjoyed watching him work and I always looked forward to visiting the construction site. I learned a lot from him. I'll never forget what he said when I was concerned about a crack in the concrete slab for one of our buildings. He said, "Jim, concrete does what concrete wants to do." He was a great supervisor and manager, sort of like a concert conductor, orchestrating and coordinating all the sub-contractors so they didn't get in each other's way yet always keeping the project on time. We will miss Harold a lot. He was a very good Man.

Wanda this is Rudy I work with Harold and Robert on a lot of jobs he a first class boss doing anything for you .and play pool together he was a very great man . He will surely be missed and I'm very very sorry for your loss .. if you need something give me a Robert call.
